It is easy for others to say "ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS...." but in the real world YOU'RE left facing the same thing!

In my personal opinion I would try setting myself a small but not easily achievable goal and devote myself to it for a week or two, this will help you to see the problem indirectly whilst also building character{mental strength}.

Taking our minds off things that stress us often leads us to think more laterally about them later on, and things that stress us in the beginning seem trivial when put properly into perspective...remember

so you think because one thing changed, or your perspective changed once or even a couple times, you believe you've awakened? The path, the actual traveling and focusing on observing while traveling the path, THAT IS BEING AWAKE. You get caught up in any little change to your environment, try looking at it from the macro perspective instead of the micro perspective. Up till now, the "veil" so to speak is just a blockade to not let you see from a macro perspective. Doing the good thing "being calm and fair" isn't traveling the path. You know as well as I that it requires a balance of good and bad, too much good leaves out the bad, too much bad leaves out the good. If you don't control both, then you will be stuck in the duality of nature until you decide you've had enough and move on.
