Blacks have as much right to exist and be happy and dignified members of society as any other group. But it is obvious they lack the ability to run complex civilizations.

This is not a hateful thing to realize. What is more destructive is when leftists pretend there is no difference. Then you have blacks in roles they can't handle, which does them no good. Detroit is a good example. This city was destroyed by leftists who were wrapped up in hysterical guilt politics that did nobody of any race any good in the end.
