Women Cavity Searched at Texas Traffic Stop

People are suing cops all the time.

This will be no different.

Oh funk off Canuck. I know Texas law enforcement. THese two will pay for what they did. It's got to go to trial, but they WILL be put in jail...depending on how far these women want to persue it.

I hope they go all out with a criminal trial.

I am calling the capitol today and voicing my feelings about this.

In the 60's I lived on the north side of Chicago and there was a "John Birch" society member who lived in a house a block away from me. There was a cop in a patrol car sitting across the street from this guys house 24/7 for several years. My Dad said they JBirch society was against the Viet Nam war and that's all I knew about it.

Dad was a proud WWII vet and a hard working blue collar elevator repair man. He hated the war in Nam war too, and told me he would rather pay for me to flee to Canada before going to die in a war he couldn't figure out the reason we were fighting (sound familiar?). We lost a close family friend in Viet Nam and I've been friends with quite a few Nam vets, even roommates with one and his wife during college.

The government has been slowly turning the screws against us for a long time. Local abuses of power are either more frequent, or because of increased access to information we're more aware of them. I believe it's the former. Abuses of power are going from the international, then national and down to the local level more and more every year.

I hate when people throw their butts out the window or just toss them on the ground too. I've seen people do it while walking into a church. But doing it while not in a high fire area like the city or suburbs is in no way a crime that warrants a cavity search. In public none the less, even if the officer smells some pot. If they want to go that far, arrest them, bring them to jail where they can do it properly and do the sanitary thing and change gloves. The way the cop did what she did would be considered illegal public sex if it were between two "civilians".

You can reasonably say the officer was endangering the women's health and even their lives by exchanging body fluids the way she did. Outside of the fact that a public display of a sexual act, because that's what it was, could easily cause an accident with passing drivers watching two chicks getting fingered on the side of the road by a cop.

whatever you will do nothing, nothing will happen to the cops, and in the name of busting people for POT they will continue to strip your rights. The writing has been on the wall for YEARS but you wouldn't listen to them you called them "hippy scum". First they came for the communists, and I did nothing because I wasn't a communist, now they are coming for YOU.

I live in Texas and have a daughter and son in law who are both officers. I showed them this story and they said that those troopers WILL go to jail and the state will pay a shitload of money to those women.

The video is the smoking gun. The lawyer for the women will have no trouble showing how the unsanitary procedure of the search put the women in "grave risk" of an incurable disease (aids) and violated their constitutional right to unreasonable search, since nothing was found in the car to warrant "reasonable suspicion".
