About the 'Texas Department of Public Safety'....
it goes far beyond just vehicles and traffic.

Decades ago I attended a "political meetting"
at a local hotel. In the parking lot was a van
with curtains. There was a camera peaking out
from a curtain taking photos of us. We walked
over to the van and the curtain quickly closed.
A local cop who also attended the meeting traced
the license plate... it was an undercover DPS vehicle.
