All the storms coming in to the west coast, are missing the south west? We have an early and wet rainy season this year.

There allegedly was an atmospheric RIVER that ran into California and the west coast then then..........where did it go?......why didn't it proceed to us in the southwest????...it just plain fizzled out and why???????? bcause they didn't want us to have any water here. The normal procession would have been for it to coming on eastward and to US but it didn't, did it?...no!!!
