Years ago a National Guard recruiter stop me in the mall and I had some time so I sat and talked with him and they called me about two weeks ago in regards to seeing if I was interested in going to basic training and you know doing a tour for 14 months or you know that in 2013 and you know they called me out of the blue from just sitting down with them so yeah things are heating up I believe

You and I have both lived in this region, whether LI or CT, and parents in the metro area are pretty highly tweeked (not saying they don't have reason, but they can go overboard)

There is no way that a) a bus driver would leave a group of traumatized little kids at the foot of a strangers driveway (can you say lawsuit x 10?) or b) that most kids would go into a strange guy's house and hang out there without asking to talk to mom or dad, or that c) a psychologist of all people would take in these kids, hear their story and then let them play with his stuffed animals (WTF) and finally go to get parents phone number from the bus company (again, on what planet would they give that info out like that, and why wouldn't the bus driver have been the one to call themselves if they couldn't deliver their charge to the home, esp after a massively traumatic event)

I don't buy into all the theories floating out here, but this particular clip got lots of airtime and it is so insane that I am surprised not a single agency questions it

From what I personally gathered on the story, which was picked up by the NY Post for 2 days and was on Fox for a short time.

Here are the facts I have personally gathered.

1. The bus driver didn't leave them anywhere. Gene Rosen found them sitting in the driveway sitting down in a semi circle after they escaped from the school. The kids teacher was was Mrs. Soto. She is the teacher that the media (including fox) has said she threw her self in front of Gunman (my co-worker next to me and I have tried to verify that and we personally couldn't) These kid ran right past the Lanza. When he returned from eating breakfast they were sitting in his driveway. He was a retired psychologist and saw a bus driver that we verified was very close to the school (the school day was just getti g started) the bus driver was spooked and telling the kids they would be ok but In a very loud voice.mthis is whe headed the decision to bro g the, inside.

2. When I first heard this I was creeped out with a couple things
A) Bringing the kids in house
B) having enough kids toys and stuffed animals to give to them.

After we did our research he as a psychologist saw the kids face and could tell something was wrong they. He brought the women bus driver In the house with the kids and called the parents while trying to calm them down. The bus driver called the bus company and got the parents phone numbers and they started calling parents, he just stepped up at a time of need and used his past professional skill to help the kids in the short term.

In my opinion, he did an amazing thing and handled it much better the. The is driver who was also spooked by the situation.

One of the boys told Rosen that "there was a big gun and small gun" that verifies there was a rifle I'm the attacks

NYC's Ex Mayor will be on TV talking about Benghazi today something's are heating up. It's to start work for the day. If this is pinned or still around I will answer some more questions at lunch and when work is over.

Ok, the timeline from his video statement makes less sense...seems like why wait in calling the parents

parents should have been called immediately, or kids dropped off at the police station

It is a mixture of both. Some are great t doing it for the paycheck and they play their part at the network. There are some really good people on air that do it for the news. I think it's easy to tell who but i am very close to the situation.

The way Fox is spinning the Cerberus sale of Bush Master completely wrong this morning. I was an investment banker before I worked here. I left Investment Banking in 2010. Cerberus doesn't care about being associated as the MSM is reporting they are spinning it off of saling it, That's what they do and that's how the fund makes money. The MSM and Fox all say bush master going out of business but that's not true at all,

I lived in Newtown, I lived in Westport and Weston. Those parents are the most highly tweeked of any place I have ever lived

In places like Weston, Westport, Redding, Newtown, school bus drivers would drop each child off in front of their house and with little kids they wait until a parent or nanny/au pair opensthe door

there are no school bus stops.

Bus drivers have a lot of pressure on them to make sure those kids get from A to B without incident...and it is the land of lawsuits

I do not recall kids sitting outside on a driveway, even in summer. I rarely even saw kids riding bikes without an adult because everyone is so hyper about abductions and sexual preditors..and I definitely never saw kids sitting outside in the middle of a chilly damp Dec CT day...but OK, let that one go

in the beginning of that interview he says "the bus driver said...."

and then he brings the kids into his house for thirty minutes, and chats with them, what has tea with them? WTF?

Hearing their story, wouldn't he immediately call the parents, knowing they would be worried, or contact the Newtown police station, knowing the parents might be searching there?

Why did the bus driver say there's been an incident, and not be the one to take the kids home, call their parents?

I disagree that this sounds normal...

i was told today that Cerberus is scared of another Chrystler, which almost bankrupted then a few years back. So selling these companies while they are making money and are up in the investment. Also in the finance world there is something called media risk, and Cerberus want NONE of that.

You hit the nail on the head. I have to follow the same rules as if I was running a personal blog.

I have made it clear to many users that many Fox employees read this blog. FAS is my ****** so it wasn't hard for them to figure it out. I am not looking to lose my job, it's why I ignore really dumb questions, but as people ask me real questions I answer in the rules, which allow me to answer honestly to you GLPers.

FAS are my ********* and the people that aggregate works in 3 shifts so it covers 24 hours a day and the groups. My group is 13 people. We work hard and love what we do. It really wasn't hard to know it was me.
