LOOK the L.A quake cam

Very clear and colder than a well diggers ass.

Sky is normal, super super clear.

I'm not sure if they are linked to a USGS station or if the have thier own.
I do know that whatever it is, it's very strange.
Like I said, I don't watch it 24/7 but I have it and other quake realated sites always open in seperate tabs.
I've been watching it for about a year now, and I have seen a few long rumbles(like 5+ mins), but this has be going on for like 4+ hours now.
I have never seen it like that before.

Agreed. If it's something mundane I've never observed it.

Looks like a swarm.

I've seen a few good size quakes happen, then they show up on the global map like 3-5 mins later.
Lol I've even seen them change the paper a few times.

I only see about 5 there, I think there needs to be alot more to be considered a swarm.

the windy comments kind of support my suspicion that because there was nothing registering on the quakes map and distant quakes show up as wavy loose lines, that the building or siesmograph was shaking somehow while the ground was not, and it seems to have been going on for quite awhile judging by the amount of loops the thing turned while experiencing turbulence.

my first thought was office christmas party.
but i guess it could be the wind. heh

On the left of the screen is a drop down menu that will show all quakes, not just the 2.5 and up it displays by default.

I have internal glp effect that the arm of the quake cam will not move so long as I watch it.

something interesting has shown up in Los Angeles, California. A shortwave spike to nearly M7 within a couple hours.

Los Angeles should monitor conditions carefully over the next 24 hours.

wrong again! it was geese!

I live about 40 miles from downtown L.A. Feel nothing. Animals are acting normal.

Watch out for the fuckin eagles, they run the show the geese are only a front.

It is the WIND! We are having high winds today and it started last night.

My 3 dogs, cat, horses, goats and chickens all think eveything is fine.

And yes, we do get small earthquakes here EVERY day!, Just not ones we all feel.
