Anyone been super tired the past few days?

Yep, definitely. I was ready to leave work 2 hours early today because I felt like I had to go to bed. Felt like I had gone to battle or something, lol.

I have been experiencing shortness of breath and extreme fatigue around 7:30pm every night the last 4-5 days and its not normal.

Same here! Seems like I'm asleep before my head even hits the pillow, and even after sleeping like a ROCK for 8 hours, I still don't want to get up. Ditto on having vivid, crazy dreams!

Also, I usually ride my bike at least 10 miles a day, but this week just riding 5 miles is like pedaling uphill through molasses. My legs feel as heavy as lead. No energy whatsoever. I'd really just like to sleep some more ... and I've never been one to take naps.

I've been blaming it on the colder weather and also that lots of people around here have been sick with the flu. I thought that perhaps I was getting sick myself (you know how you feel "off" for 2-3 days beforehand), but so far I haven't been sick.

Strange that so many other people are feeling the same way!

Yes, I'm exhausted but then again, I just had a huge ass piece of red velvet cheesecake. Carb coma.

Whoa dude...right on the money! Dead tired and odd pains in the shoulders and back..Even a bit of nausea out of the blue. Just me though...husband has been more cranky than usual and napping more.

I'm in bed between 9:30 and 10:00. That's unusual for me. I get up early, but if I could, I'd sleep until 10:00. I'm healthy, don't have a cold or anything, just freakin' tired.

It has occurred to me that it may be all the time I spend on the PC reading this GLP site has been hard on my neck and back. Also I stay up late reading this as well and that is why I am so tired in the morning.

That coupled with the "let-down" of the anti-climax of 12/21/12 may have contributed to a bit of depression.

As for the feeling that time has sped up, I get on the GPL site and do not realize I am there for a long time...so it just seems like time was faster. Suddenly it is time for dinner and I have not even started it. I guess it is time to get back to living.

Actually, I'm more energetic than ever and I really have no reason to be!

Yes, but that's because I get 4 hours of sleep a night, not because of some HAARP experiment.

Saturation of our environment with EM smog is disrupting our circadian rhythums. People and their god damn phones!

I was just talking with my mother a lil bit ago about this..
I've been extremely tired over the last 4 or 5 days... moreso over the last 2 , since saturday...
One minute I'd be sitting here in my recliner at computer (yes my recliner is next to computer desk for maximum pc comfort).. the next I'd be out cold... And this would happen very frequently Heck all I've done since I've been off work this weekend , is sleep... And whats weird is it would just hit me out of the blue, and I'd be OUT . alot of times in 3 to 5 hour increments.... and this has been going on nonstop all weekend...Heck Saturday I got off my 3rd shift job at 8am, and where as I usually sleep on average anywhere from 6 to 7 hours MAX and am up by 4pm on saturday,but I slept till like 10pm that night, was up for about an hour and a half (if that), passed out, woke up 3am, up another hour, passed out AGAIN, and woke up around 7am , passsed out at 8, and didnt wake up again till 2pm ... I didnt even get to eat anything at all on saturday due to me constantly sleeping.... ..plus I as others have mentioned, have had the vivid dreaming as well... Sunday wasnt quite as bad, butI still had the weird patterns of sleeping in increments throughout the day, tired for no reason...

Mother said she has felt the same, and also that she has felt very restless as well..

I am REALLY beginning to wonder if there is any credence to this galactic alignment/ changing of age stuff and if it is affecting people on a mass scale...

If anyone comes across any interesting info on this phenomenon and if/how it relates to how we are all feeling... PLEASE post links up in this thread...


I think there is really something to this.... as I've NEVER felt this extreme tiredness like this, and think something is definitely going on around us...
