They are useful for quickly finding out information, it's too bad their makers are such crooks. Maybe they are a pain to some. I use mine all the time, including now. Yes, widescreen monitors are supposedly good for some applications if you need a lot of applications open and viewable. However widescreens are still painful to the eyes and the window management and screen real estate is more cumbersome with a widescreen monitor, than a 4:3 monitor. |
