I believe that those clouds represent the Milky Way because there are also stars.

Look to where the Wingtip shoe is pointing. When increasing the zoom on that area that is black within the cloud, it is obviously blacked out creating a black hole within the Milky Way ...

I mean no disrespect to any one. I just think that it looks a lot like hebrew text. if I am wrong then it means nothing. The fact is, the Illuminati did use all forms of writing within the clues they give. To decipher code one must look into all possibilities as a means to an answer.

I think the card is saying that if a government can control the scene, they have control of the gun. There are 3 involved in the coverup. Caption says increase the power of violent governments by 3...as in a coverup and manipulation of the story.

And thats how they will achieve gun control.
