Looking at the card,

Whit man holding gun, black man manipulating trigger finger, the shoe is a wingtip(usually worn by finance executives). Last, seems as the remaining hand is that of an Asian helping.

Nothing is done without the all mighty dollar as a backing. It appears that the the shooter was being forced to do what was done as it took one to hold down the hand. The gun was placed within the hand of the shooter, and the manipulator made it look as though the shooter pulled the trigger.

This was a staged event.

we know they put their intentions in a card game, so I can't understand why it is so hard for some to believe that they insert intentions in movies and have a hand in current events, etc...
