So whys the world ending on the 21st ?

2 of the most common thoughts about this all:

- Group A: "there will be no doomsday around the weekend. The mayans were wrong"

- Group B: "Doomsday arrives, the mayans were right!"

Let me tell you, both are wrong, the mayans didn't say the world will end, so if you wake up next week, you can't say the mayans were wrong at all.

If nothing happens, the mayans look silly because people didn't understand what they ment.....
The others like NASA get credit (I told ya so!) so the rumour is for their benefit to look more credible later.

The whole Mayan thing has been misinterpreted by a bunch of senseless fools. The Mayan calendar laid out the end of an cycle and the beginning of a new one.

The end of the Mayan long count calendar ends on this date and corresponds to a never in the history of the world galactic alignment and simultaneous eclipse that has us centered with the milky way in some odd fashion and at an extreme on the galactic plane or some such astronomical anomaly.

Nothing will happen,but if a earth tremor or anything unusual happens,people will start crapping themselves,thats for sure.

I think the only risk is some nutjobs acting violently on the 21st since they believe the world is going to end.

I'm sure crime will be up that day.
