Sautéed mushrooms in garlic butter.
Baked potato with sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon bits and green onions for topping.
Fresh garlic bread
Haven't decided on veg yet.
Probably may carrot sliced and sautéed in butter and maple sugar!
Big glass of really cold 2% milk.

I'm actually cooking up a large Prime Rib and feeding a bunch of friends. Large quantities of wine will be consumed as well.
