My next door neighbor is part of the "Neighborhood Watch Program"

The guy is tight with many cops.....I'll not name him but he is an Alderman here in Bridgeport and he says many, many of the Bridgeport cops say it doesn't add up....the story has warped into this "scripted scenario" even the corrupt Bridgeport cops can see right threw it!!!
