The world is not going to end on December 21. No, not even according to the Mayan calendar. And especially not according to the awesome newly uncovered Mayan calendar — the oldest known Mayan calendar in existence — which was recently discovered by Boston University archeologist William Saturno.

They never said the world was going to end!! Do your research and stop listening to the media. They said it will be a time of great change which they call the "time of no time." Nothing was ever said about the world ending but there will be major events happening during this time. Also, the WORLD has existed long before we humans were here. We could all be killed today by a meteor impact but guess what? The WORLD will go on only our existence will be gone. It's just common sense. Earth has had plenty of species go extinct and its doing just fine.
