You really are my favorite Christian in here, Wildhoney. I've always liked you although I'm not a Christian myself.
Once I was filming a Cathedral here in Copenhagen with one of my friends. When we had finished I started laughing and slopped my gob off to him about that I can't understand why anyone can believe in this sort of crap. I't was then that I got my eyes on a young girl who was praying. She lifted her head and she looked at me with tears and hurt in her eyes. Wow, I suddenly felt so bad about myself, that I couldn't think of anything else that day. Lots of us say all sorts of things on the glp, and never say sorry cos we can't see the hurt in each others eyes.

LOVE bless you, Wildhoney.

You too.

Seen PLENTY of evidence of the depth of your deception as well.

To be honest, it's really scary. Even just watching it.

See ya on the big day.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 30307828

Really scary huh? Kinda like threatening peoples' souls and convincing them they're going to spend an eternity burning in 'hell' unless they conform to some fabricated man-made religious dogma, right?

Good one.
 Quoting: ANHEDONIC

any kind of thread surrounding ones faith is inevitably turned into a platform to insult the Christians by pricks like you.
its always the same shit disturbers.

why don't you go find some hate forum somewhere to puke in.

typical atheist sensitivity to truth.

God manifesting Himself into a man is not fabrication.

I find it very offensive this bullshit game you atheists play in society.

it is you shoving anyhting but God and the Bible doctrine down throats in media, and education.

I think Christians should call you and your like minded sheep on your BS.

----

you keep your blasphemy away from my kids and pay for your own ridiculous anything but God doctrine in your own schools. you shouldn't get one penny of Christian tax money.

----

I dare all you seculars to put up or damn well shut up.
start advocating for the government to provide what parents want in the way of curriculum/school to send their kids.

anything but God, secular fantasies.

OR

curriculum grounded in the Teachings of the bible and Jesus Christ.

OR

what ever your numbers call for.

----

you watch.--- %90 of folks will pick Christian based education.

there is a reason why Christian is taking over the world.

its true.

and when that truth is followed.

it works.

praise God.

WOW! AC Canada.... Are you representing your GOD well?

Have you actually read the Bible?

Next you will be saying it is inerrant!

You have seeds which have taken root and grown within you. As does the poster to which you reply.

Did either of you choose which plant you would become?

We do not sow the seed... We are the seed and the soil...

There are sowers who are much greater than us...

Sorry former Christian but if fall away from God and Jesus Christ; it would be like finding a huge diamond and throwing it away because you fear somebody will kill you for it. Don't let Satan steal your eternal soul!! God loves you very much, but if you are indeed a committed Christian; you will have to learn how to do spiritual warfare and fight the forces of evil who want to destroy your life. Don't you have pastors and ministers and preachers who can help you in this spiritual war? God always have very strong people who are close and near to you. But be sure that they are true Christians and that they are very strong in the great faith of Jesus!! And if you need somebody to talk to and pray with, email me at, [email protected] or [email protected]!!

And the reality is; that God loves you very much, and Satan hates you very much too!! Which one will you serve?

He's not choosing to serve Satan... What is wrong with you believers? What an outrageous statement!

You twist everything into a falsehood because you came to your beliefs in fear and not in knowledge.

Anything that undermines the intellect an omniscience of GOD is a falsehood.

To actually believe that an omniscient, loving GOD would create Satan and Hell is foolhardy.

Unless your name is Moses, (as sad as that would be), to choose the email address Moses is to show that you haven't really studied what the Bible said Moses got up to.

Moses wasn't a nice man! Wakey! Wakey!

My grandmother was a Catholic who taught me all about music and "hate" and LOVE and cameras. So how far back was that? I don't hate, but I really do have a good time talking to people who think I hate. My grandmother told me: "It's ok to change your mind about things, son." and so I'm not a Catholic, or even a religious person.

Thank you for all of your replies.

To answer one of the previous posts, I am an Agnostic Theist.

I personally believe there is a God, but I came to the realization that I can't know for sure. In fact, I can't know anything for sure.

This means I can't know for sure whether Christianity is truth or a lie. However, it is my honest belief that religions as a whole are twisted interpretations of mankind that have significance only in their ability to change people... (for the better or worse, depending upon your perspective)

If God truly is the representation of love and mercy... (and I sincerely hope he is) He will understand why I cannot force myself to place blind faith into the writings of men, even if those men claim to be inspired by God himself.
