Maybe locking the mentally ill in institutions forever wasn't such a bad idea...?

Actually, a humane society would euthanize them.

I think the OP is nuts and needs to be locked up in a mental institution for the rest of his life.

This is true but baby steps first...I guess this idea makes us no different from the Nazi's...while I don't agree with most of their policies they were amazing organizers.

So it's coming down to that, them or ALL of us in one giant prison camp called Amerika!! Where we're all treated like children or mental patients!! Except for the GOV of course which plays role of adult / prison guard!!

Institutions or psych wards are places where extremely high level of toxic drugs are Forced on you! These drugs mess up your brain chemistry, and if taken as prescribed, can ruin your life. Many of these drugs commonly cause unbearable side effects, mental deterioration and violence.

I m with you OP , these nutter scare the hell out of me.....friends of mine have got autistic kids and I wont let my normal 9 year old play with them cos I m actually scared they might hurt him.....they are just weird...not right , they dont look you in the eye and it proper freaks me out......

I was thinking more of Dorothea Dix State Hospital prior to the advent of current psych drugs. They used mostly bromides and herbal concoctions back then. Lots of outdoor work (which even calms Charles Manson down, you may wish look into the garden program for prisoners he is in now)

I know that look very well, my wife is a special ed. teacher specifically for autistic children & she does some home schooling for the wealthier ones...It's like looking into oblivion...no emotion, cold & sometimes super intelligent, very creepy.

Violent mentally ill people need to be removed from society. Right now we wait until they kill someone, and then stick them in jail. A managed care facility would be more humane for all.

BUT NOT ALL MENTALLY ILL ARE VIOLENT!!!!!!!! Most americans can be labeled with something, from seasonal depression to ADHD. Just being different is not a crime and should never be.

That is the truth and it will be avoided until the bitter end.

Just wait until there is a supply chain disruption and the zombies go through withdrawal.

What about the physically infirm? Or those with brain damage? How bout the elderly?
