I will say white matter for normal matter, from now on, in order to easily differentiate it from dark matter. ...
Quoting: Michelange 30278117 Dark matter absorbes light - thus, close to or within our solar system, it should block parts of the visible sky. It should dimm the magnitude of stars, planets and other celestial objects at least in a part of the night sky and this would be observable by every astronomer. Since this is not observed: no dark matter near or in our solar system.
