Well, SOMEONE re-posted it on that website or changed the date of the posting.

I am suggesting that Luisito did not originally post this review on July 20th. He has changed the date of the post. I don't know when he originally wrote it, maybe it was today. He sends out a tweet every time he posts a new review. And I don't see any tweets about the Sandy Hook film in his twitter history. He's very likely just messing with us. Just 'messing' with us? Just having some shenanigans at our expense. Just fucking around. Got it.
