If so (and I doubt it), I feel like I will have lost an amount of freedom for some unknown sense of safety in the short term. Longer term, the Democrats will continue federal government spending to the point the currency is debased and the USD collapses. When that happens, the country we all love will desolve and likely remake itself in a number of seperate republics. But not without much pain and woe.
