In Iran being christian leader is a crime
According to Fox News [link to www.foxnews.com] an US citizen was arrested in Iran while visiting his family who still lives there.
Some may see it as simple news, rage fomenting news, trying to make americans minds against Iran even more. Me, as a person, see this as a provocation, a way to test limits on US government patience, testing boundaries. What if they fulfill what they(allegedly) promised to kill him in the prison? This may trigger a serious diplomatic event.

Re: In Iran being christian leader is a crime
Iran is a Muslim nation.

And the Muzzies, are viewing and treating Christians and non-Muslims (people from other religions, and even atheists), according to their Islamic teachings.

Quran (9:29) - "Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued." "People of the Book" refers to Christians and Jews. According to this verse, they are to be violently subjugated, with the sole justification being their religious status.

Quran (9:30) - "And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!"

Quran (3:151) - "Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority". This speaks directly of polytheists, yet it also includes Christians, since they believe in the Trinity

they treat jews and christians just fine....there are churches and synegouges in Iran...what are you talking about?

they just see it wrong and threatening to see someone converted to christianity or any other religion from Islam. my cousin for example is a christian convert in Iran, and she doesn't say anything about her faith...she doesn't go around preaching about it. she keeps it to herself and is not letting anyone in the public know about her faith.she doesn't post anything about her faith on facebook either.

Re: In Iran being christian leader is a crime
It depends which type of christianity it is? Fake christianity AKA zionist-chrsitian AKA evanglical, Mormon,Jehovah witness, etc.. or real christianity. Usually the so called christian that are perhaps persecuted in iran are the fake christians and they are the ones that go around and try to start fire. In iran the Iranian christian (the armenians)are free to do as they want.

The same is true for Islam. We have fake moslems AKA Zionist-moslem AKA crypto-jewish moslem like Wahhabies and salafies, Mofties, etc.., then real moslems.

Usually all the trouble in the world is caused by these fake moslems, fake christians and fake jews (zionist, Ashkenazi, etc..).

SMART PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW AND SEPARATE THESE FAKE RELIGIOUS GOONS FROM REAL FOLLOWERS OF THE 3 DIVINE RELIGIONS AND N OT TO ASSOSIATE THESE PSYCHOPATHS WITH REAL WORSHIPPERS.

Iran Closing Down Tehran Evangelical Church

TEHRAN, IRAN (Worthy News)– Evangelical Christians in Iran's capital Tehran were without a church building Sunday, June 10, after Iranian security forces closed it down as part of a wider crackdown, Iranian Christians and activists told Worthy News.

The 100-strong Jannat Abad Church, which is part of the evangelical Assemblies of God domination, had been operating in the building for some 15 years, Christians said.

It reportedly provided two services per week, prayer sessions and Bible studies.

Iranian Christians said the order came from Iran’s Revolutionary Guard’s Intelligence branch on Tuesday, June 5.

A spokesperson of the International Campaign for Human Rights in Iran group told Worthy News that the government action is part of a "drive to close churches".

Iran Said to be Killing Imprisoned Pastor by Neglect

The condition of an Iranian pastor languishing in prison on charges of “actions against the Islamic state” is deteriorating as authorities intend to kill him by denying him medical treatment, according to sources close to the prisoner.

Christians Under Attack in Iran
House churches in Iran are being targeted in a what appears to be a widespread crackdown. Reports of arrest, says one source, are pouring in. Since 2010 some 300 Iranian Christians have been arrested for little cause besides practicing their faith, and the UN reports that Iranian officials are pressuring churches to report membership to keep tabs on converts.
