It is made with Black Elderberries, which are very good at heavy chest/congestions. Colloidal silver will also help, if it is bacterial. Every time my family gets a chest infection/cold I give them the elderberry mixture and with in a day or two they have coughed up all that crappy mucus. Get a mason jar, place one slice of onion, then sprinkle sugar on it, then the next layer you do the same thing, until you have all the layers of the onion/sugar done. Let it sit at least 24 hours. Take it by the tablespoon . |

Apparently this helps the blood circulate better and helps the heart and lungs clear out more mucous. It seems to work for me. |
