This is correct OP. Consensual gay sex is just another sin. I try to tell people that. Like any sin you only have to acknowledge this to God and give yourself to Him. Problem with gay community is they get mad and only want to justify their sin instead of confessing it. But the black hearts of those in Sodom and Gomorrah was something else. That will bring the kind of judgment they got. As we all sin, any of it can send you into outer darkness but when you become overtly evil as they were, watch out for falling rocks.

Then why did the other son's go in and cover up their father? Sounds like Noah was naked. Also the son's backed in and didn't look at Noah. I don't see where this has anything to do with their mother.

This just sounds like it is. Noah was naked and Ham saw it and possible did something(??). But it was something about Ham that became a problem for his line to be cursed. The Bible doesn't mention what it is though.

God used their suffering the vengeance of eternal fire as an example to the rest of us. Oh, and sodomites aren't the only unrepentant sinners to share that fate... fornicaters will too... that means people who hook-up with people who aren't their spouses. Look, we're all sinners, the important thing is that you need to repent of your sin, realize it's wrong and admit it to God and ask his forgiveness.

So if you read the story whole story of Sodom and Gomorrah, it stars with 3 angels visiting Abraham. Abraham argues with them and gets them to agree to save the whole area for the sake of 10 good people

Genesis 18:32 Then he said, “May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak just once more. What if only ten can be found there?”

He answered, “For the sake of ten, I will not destroy it.”

You have Lot and his wife thats 2

Sons in law - "Sons" is plural means at least 2

Then next we have sons witch is plural means at least 2

Daughters again plural at least 2

Then we have anyone else, this would include servants slaves etc and is very likely to be more than 2 as well, since Abraham had hundreds in his service. See the previous chapter of Genesis for elaboration

Why did God change the rules? Because of the act that the men wanted the Angels. They were going to be left alone, because there was clearly at least 10 people there

The story changed not because they were gay, not because they were evil, they already knew that. That is why God sent the angels to see for them selves. It was the fact they tried to have sex with the angels, that they were destroyed.

What did they do they went after strange flesh. What was the strange flesh? the flesh of the Angels

They, the people you are trying to educate, will not understand this.

Even if you pulled out the scriptural evidence, those few places where the sins of these two cities are laid out in black and white with no reference to homosexuality, they still don't get the real meaning and how dangerously close the modern world is to being Sodom and Gomorrah.

Which is why Jesus brings up these cities and the latter days, attempting to explain to us that there were many 'sins' and issues which lead to God deciding its better to nuke the site from orbit to be sure the problem is wiped out.


Understand you are attempting to change the same minds that have no love for their fellow man, and here in the USA are the same minds that do not want equal, fair health care for all. Forgetting that Jesus actually went around healing many who were impoverished.


I have tried for decades to change minds on simple subjects similar to this and actually this one. Hatred can not have its mind changed.
