photos is by putting them into video form and
show them as a *slide show*

you can use a basic video editor program, like
"Windows Live Movie Maker":

just load the photo, and specify the duration (2 seconds, 5 seconds..) and, walla, you make a photo album in the
form of a slide show. on you computer screen, or as a DVD on you TV.

nothing can match the quality of the image!
