In Southern California last night I experienced a cold-snap flash from 32F to 22F in a matter of 10 seconds. Then the temp stayed like that for a while, at least until I went outside again around 3AM. It had happened at 1:45AM while I was having a cigarette.

Very bizarre. Never felt anything like it in my life.

I've felt sudden warmings, but never sudden freezings.

It's noon here in So Cal and the temp outside is like 43F.
