You have to dress for the weather. -30c can be quite invigorating to walk or shovel in. Burns mega calories. |

Russia probably douse not have social services as good as ours mind you I know next to nothing about today's Russia and how good the social programs are there. You would think being Russia most of the housing would have excellent heating and insulation but maybe all the money is still going to the rich instead of the needy. |
