I personally have studied the Mayan people at a top University in the northeast U.S., and I have read primary and secondary sources regarding the Mayan people, for example: The Diary of Hernan Cortes (in Spanish) and the Popol Vuh (which is the Mayan creation story- think of it as "The Mayan Bible"- in Spanish.)

Another thing I heard my cousin say last month was, "The Mayans were completely wrong, they didn't account for Leap Year." Well, it is true they did not account for Leap Year, because their calendar was much more accurate, and was not divided into a year consisting of 12 months and 365.25 days. The Mayan year was broken down into 13 shorter months (there are 13 moon cycles throughout the year) with 5 extra days at the end of the year (considered ominous days.)

The Mayans were EXPERT star watchers/trackers/charters.

The Mayans were able to accurately predict the movement of the heavenly/celestial bodies down to the exact day, hundreds and thousands of years into the future. In addition to charting and fortelling lunar eclipses, solar eclipses, solstices, and equinoxes down to the exact day, 100s of years into the future...
the Mayan Tzolk'in (calendar) also predicted the exact date of the event which would eventually begin the downfall of their mighty empire! (which at the time, the capital- Tenochtitlan was the most advanced city in the world, with floating farmland, ziggurats, a.k.a. step pyramids, irrigation, planned cities, and sewer systems.)

The Tzolk'in predicted that on April 21, 1519 (the European equivalent date) that men with white skin and red beards would appear on the coast from the East. Anticipating this predicted, grand event, the indigenous Mayan people traveled to the coastline, and awaited the "returning gods"...or so they believed.

Think of how amazing, astonishing, and remarkable that is: The Mayan calendar (Tzolk'in) predicted to the exact DAY, when a specific event would occur, and it did. On Easter Sunday, April 21, 1519, Hernan Cortes and other Spanish conquistadors arrived via sailing ships in "the new world."
Now, the Mayans believed their gods to be evil and wicked. And, the 'returning gods' which were the wicked conquistadors led by Cortes, extinguished an advanced civilization, sadly.

By sword and cannon, Cortes and his band of approximately 500 men conquered, destroyed, and vanquished an entire civilization, which numbered more than one million people. The capital city, Tenochtitlan, alone housed more than 200,000 people, on the low estimate!

It is a shame so much of the Mayan (and Aztec) culture was destroyed. Their gold was melted down, as was their silver....literally tons of silver and gold which had been fashioned into intricate, artistic jewelry, plates, and art pieces were simply melted down into convenient bricks.
Their temples were smashed and razed.
The Mayan books were nearly 100% eradicated...the so-called "Christian" missionaries burnt almost every single piece of Mayan and Aztec writing they discovered.

In fact, of all the tomes and tomes of Mayan knowledge which was recorded onto paper and in book form, today only THREE books have survived.

Imagine the knowledge the Mayans must have had! The Mayans had an advanced written language, and an absolute genius understanding of mathematics and astrology, among other things.


So, what does this mean for us? Well, the 4/21/1519 date proved to not be "the end of the world" for the Mayans....but it was the date that marked the beginning of what would be their swift and nearly complete destruction.

So, what will happen on 12/21/2012? I do not expect the world to end this Friday, but I do expect something to occur which will develop into a drastic change of the way we live life here on planet Earth. It could be an actual event such as an E.L.E., for example: Yellowstone erupting and enveloping the world's atmosphere in clouds of dust. Or, it could be extra-terrestrials arriving via spacecraft at the major cities of the world. Or, it could be an shift in consciousness which leads to more harmony on the planet. It could perhaps mark the date of the birth of the saviour of mankind...whether Jesus Christ is reborn as a child, or it is a completely human infant which is born, but who will lead the world to peace and harmony and liberty for all in 25-50 years time.

Who knows?

Well, that sounds entirely grandiose.

If you people drink anything like I used to, it won't be past noon and somebody will be crying, somebody will be bleeding, cops will be called, somebody might go to jail, several people will decide to drive (myself would have been one of them), and if the world doesn't end, you will be lucky to make it through the day alive.

It amazes me when people are faced with such an extraordinary circumstance that they want to obliterate themselves in order to cope with it. You people are weak and feeble and how is this any different than your normal routine?

Hell, for most Friday and Saturday is already a "drinking day." You tell yourself you don't drink on Sundays because you work Monday morning, but because you're a drunk and can't control yourself, you do it anyway, then are late to work (because you don't care anyhow... don't care about yourself, let alone inconveniencing anyone else), then you might decide to recover on Monday, see what happens on Tuesday (that's a 50/50 day), you drink on Wednesday because it's Hump Day, then there's Thirsty Thursday... rinse and repeat.

Predictable.

Anyway...

We'll be waiting on the false flag to happen, then watch all the "I told you nothing would happen tards" try to cover up and say "I meant the world wouldn't end" and still try to pretend like they were right about the whole thing.

Those that endure it and overcome will reap reward. Those that were already weak will perish by whatever means (not immediately, it will be progressive.) The weak because they are weak and without faith or hope will try to bring as many down with them as they can. Like female lobsters boiling in a pot together. There's probably a better example, but that's what immediately came to mind. The weak will feed on the weaker (like now, but worse and more violently).
