It is the responsibility of the politicians sitting in congress to pass a balanced budget and boehner knows this. Pass a god damn balanced budget and forget about the president. Congress controls spending, not the president. This is written in our constitution. Every time boehner comes on television with these updates, what he is really saying is, "I and all the politicians in congress have not yet done our job and it's the presidents fault." these fucking politicians are great at playing the blame game and pointing the finger. Write up a bill that the president will sign and move on already assholes!!!
