If tablets slowly wean off them yourself. If injections, do NOT show up for them and change address. This can be temporary, get to a safe house, a friends', farm or family etc.

You are an idiot. Since your meds are so wonderful and harmless why don't you sample some? Oh right they only work on the brains that need them

Based on the negative statements you may want to stay on the meds, at least for now. But try eating healthy, drinking lots of water and getting some exercise too.
