Question about AR-15 / M4 ownership!

Would you seriously just hand it over? If so do us all a favor and just move to a country that already has no rights, thanks.

It all depends on the new laws. With the 94 ban there was no issue as long as it was assembled before the ban went into effect. This means technically and legally you cant use lower receivers you have laying around unless you assemble them before the ban.

God only knows how this round will turn out though, feinstein is chomping at the bit.

I do not believe that is correct. The receiver is the gun. If it was manufactured before the date it is OK. Assembly of the other items is a modification.

Grow some balls and plan on defending your right to bear arms instead making plans to surrender while you still have the means to resist.

build an ar15 pistol. When you buy a stripped lower make sure its never been registered as a rifle and have it registered as a multi caliber lower. then you can make a gun with less then a 16" barrel as long as you have the pistol buffer tube. If you register your lower that way you can pretty much make an SBR without having to get the tax stamp. Just make sure that upper never goes onto a lower with a butt stock because you will get locked the fuck up for a long time.
