I'm old and skinny. I eat organics and never eat fast food, microwaved food, packaged frozen shit, or any kind of processed sugar. I don't use perfumes or store-deodorants (and I never stink).

I'm upright, walking, packing a .45 and will kick your fat ass. I don't have ADHD, Alzheimers, neurotic disorders, diabetes, acid reflux, high blood pressure, or any of the other pharmacidal-produced artificial disorders for which the rest of you take pills.

What I do have is a huge ego which goes with my know-it-all better then you attitude.

Oh that is just the saddest thing - and I had to stop watching at 6 mins. I happen to live in a part of the US that is very health conscious and fitness minded - and I don't see many people like this unless I travel. But if I had the power I would ban all junkfood and soda, especially for kids in school.

It's becoming a big problem here too. I think by now it's over 30% overweight and around 8% obese men, and 25% overweight and 10% obese women here. :-/

It seems you see people getting fatter and fatter every day, and at the same time there's more and more crap 'food' sold.

It's not just the food it is the multitude of TV channels, video games, and internet. People don't have to leave the chair for entertainment or to socialize anymore.

to put it very simplistically, after 7-9 days the belly starts eating itself no matter how fat/skinny someone is.
