I have notices that more stores like walmarts are springing up, and the food stores are looking more like huge box stores. I have noticed the people in the areas where we have worked over the years have really gotten larger and I have noticed many more fat people than when we first started going down there. cheap garbage is becoming the norm. processed food full of corn fructose, etc. the whole world is getting fat and gluttonous. yes in the US but everywhere now. very interesting. |

Obesity and bacteria It's not your fault you're fat: Obesity could be caused by gut bacteria rather than over-eating Study suggests the bacteria plays a larger role than eating too much or not exercising enough Researchers found diet that altered gut bacteriacaused dramatic weight loss Read more: [link to www.dailymail.co.uk] Metabolic regulation and bacteria [link to jcem.endojournals.org] Objectives: Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth is defined as an abnormally high bacterial population level in the small intestine. Intestinal motor dysfunction associated with hypothyroidism could predispose to bacterial overgrowth. Luminal bacteria could modulate gastrointestinal symptoms and interfere with levothyroxine absorption. The aims of the present study were to assess the prevalence and clinical pattern of bacterial overgrowth in patients with a history of overt hypothyroidism and the effects of bacterial overgrowth decontamination on thyroid hormone levels Then we get into high fructose corn syrup and small bowel bacterial overgrowth. Its amazing we aren't all dead, like the robins in Silent Spring. Instead, we're all turning into Honey Boo Boo. I don't know which is worse.... |

LMAO @ any Fat Bastard in any country who wants to blame the USA for stuffing their pieholes with Big Macs & Fries until they became obese. The lady in the video should be chained in a basement and fed a trough of salad greens with water everyday until she can put her own pants on and stop humiliating her 19 year old son...If she can't stop eating she should put herself out of her misery and save her son some dignity. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 5196800 Funny, however, we must realize for democracy to work we need a educated and informed population. My observation informs me that every addict, every criminal, every obese person lacks the education and the proper information. I would also extend my observation by noting that much of the proper information has been withheld from the public. |

Americans have a naive trust in government and officials in the positions of influence. We don't want to harm our kids, so we believe our government must not, either. But one look at the so-called "food pyramid" to anyone who understands diet and metabolism, and you begin to understand that the money interests such as the pharmaceuticals and medical industry have an enormous profit interest in pushing medical care and pharma-drugs. The love of money is the root of all evil and these people in power are not angels farting rainbows. Rather, many are criminals and very susceptible to bribes. There is huge money in sickness. Gingrich said almost 2 decades ago that the medical industry and pharmaceuticals was where all the $$$s were. Introduce greed to American citizen's trust, and you have the perfect recipe for the American govt destroying and preying off its own populace. I'm not fat. I understand the danger of trusting my govt. Especially when only the government studies tell me all this proven toxin and poison in our food and water is "healthy." The govt even tried to tell us that mercury wasn't poisonous but "good for us." Connect the dots. Americans might be stupid, but only so far as wanting and desiring a peaceful, happy life. When blacks have identity it is called pride. When indians have identity it is called culture. When Jewish people have identity it is called history. When WHITES have identity it is called Racism. |

You are so right. A lot of Americans might be shocked to learn a proper portion size. A portion of meat should be the size of the palm of your hand. Grains and starched should fit into a cupped palm of your hand uncooked. Nuts and seeds a scant handful Fruits 1 or 2 a day Veggies unlimited *** Most gains - especially wheat will make you fat. Todays wheat is not what our grandparents ate 50 years ago. Todays wheat DNA has been changed so drastically no one knows what it is doing to you or your DNA. It does raise your blood sugar very fast and very high. I personally try not to eat wheat or grains. I only do so once in a while, and even then I eat very little. I'm not fat either. I'm a fit, women's size 4/6. I also work out 4 days a week with heavy weights. My 16 y/o stepson on the older hand is 90 lbs overweight and probably morbidly obese. He needs to lose an entire person the size of Sarah Jessica Parker, LOL. I try to teach him to eat right. I always have healthy foods around such as fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, but he refuses to touch them and will not move his body outside of school, video games and tv. Really with the internet now days and access to all kinds of food and diet info people shouldn't be as fat and unhealthy as they are. There is a World of info right at their chubby little finger tips. Last Edited by Alpacalips on 12/21/2012 09:04 PM |

The Candida makes you crave carbs and sugar, in which it feeds on. If a person has bloating that won't go away even after weight loss it's most likely Candida bloat. The medical community used to take Candida fungus very seriously and would even hospitalize people for it until the 1950's. It causes all kinds of problems. |

Now this makes sense too (of course still caused by eating too much and not exercising enough and whatnot). |
