Yeah, just right out there next to the highway.

I've been trying to figure out what this dotted grid
Is at the base of the mountain. Right next to the swarm,
Just northeast of it.

If you zoom in on google maps you can clearly see it.
Also one further down the highway.

Something to do with mining? No road to it though.
A reference/visual for aircraft? Excavating for water wells?

I'm at a loss.
