I'm not obsessive compulsive or anything just try to always wash my hands before eating or cooking...

Nope , I felt like ass for 2 weeks ... no shit

I started having it 12am Tuesday, and was throwing up twice every hour until 12pm. I still have diarrhea, but i havent thrown up since then.. but I do have the constant urge to throw up unfortunately. All i did was drink clear fluids, gatorade, 7-Up, Sprite.. and eat crackers as much as i can.
It was really painful yesterday cause i threw up everything in my stomach and I couldnt stop trying to throw up, so there was nothing but bile coming out of my mouth.. it hurt badly. I feel way better now. so glad i got over it this fast.

What part of the country do you live in, geographically speaking?

Midwest so it's cold here. This bug is stuffed up head with body ache and sneezing and runny nose,scratching throat. I think I got a little bonus which is the liquid shits yaay! No throwing up though

Try a diatomaceous earth regimen.

Try and just kill it with wifi i do and if not just attack the source.

You can use area recognition and attack visable things with force.

It kicked everyone's ass around here about a month ago. Cold like symptoms, respiratory issues, the works. Lasted a min of 2 weeks. You think you're getting better then BAM, hits again like a freight train.

I cut out all sugar except fresh-squeezed oj, took a couple of oxycodones to beat the sore throat,and kicked the worst part in 2 days. Do not swallow it. Spit it up. I'm almost well in 5 days total. Need to restock kleenex ASAP.

Everyone in my office has it. I exercise very rigorously three times a week and am very healthy - i am the only one that hasn't been affected.

Vitamin C and exercise are my recommendations…

The best thing is Zinc and Vitamin C.

With the Zinc you need good strong pills and they taste awful but let them dissolve in your mouth. They used to sell flavored chewable zinc but not anymore for some reason.

Zinc helps the body heal itself.

Zinc lozenges have much less zinc.

So far I don't have that bug though many around me have had it or have it. Felt like I was getting real sick one morning, you know that feeling but got better by lunch, just a little tired and it just went away. Must have had it or something very close before...

Same here, I am the same as you Op. I eat all quality foods, very healthy non GMO, organic etc. Only drink pure water. Lift weights and jog on regular schedule.

Then two weeks back was watching my niece and nephew, the boy was fine but the little one was a walking snot monkey. I figured my immune system was impenetrable, boy was I wrong.

I felt I was getting better after a week and resumed running and weight training. A day after this I woke up completely messed. It all started with a sore throat and a greenish coating on the back of my tongue, from there I had runny nose and what seemed to be aches all over my chest and lung area and then the diarrhea that would wake me from sleep in early morning 3-4am ish.

Last week was constant stuffed sinuses and more muscle ache along with what I figured was a bronchial infection. Two days back I got a fever and ever since that fever broke I've been feeling better and my aches are gone and lung junk is easier to cough up. I'm still with clogged up sinuses but am fearful of resuming working out till I'm a 100% well.

I was and still am taking a quality multi, overdosing on Vit. C and D, drops of oil of oregano, sovereign silver, and some quality powders of many anti- oxidants and such.

Last year I got sick with colds/flu two or three times.

This year, bug free so far. I'm trying to be super careful. Washing my hands like crazy! Everyone around my area has that stomach flu that's last a week. The one were it comes out both ends. Nasty!

Mix 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar + 1 table spoon of some quality honey, into 8 oz of hot water. Drink twice daily.

It's not the best tasting thing in the world, but you'll feel much better the next day.

Me in a bro got sick at the same time last year, I used this regimen, and he went out and bought a bunch of cold medicines. My cold lasted about half the time, and my symptoms were much more mild.

I tried to get him to drink some, but he just says "If it works so well, how come they don't sell it?", or some kind of typical sheep response like that. I told him they couldn't make any profit from it, since you can make it yourself for very cheap. But he'd still rather use some expensive cold medicines that don't seem to do much for him. His loss.

My advice. Stay home and away from others.

Amazing how people can STILL deny the results of something based on belief even when they see it working for someone else....really sad to see sometimes.

I made the miracle tonic from an older thread here and that won't even knock it out. Going to take a double dose and see what that does. The otc pills don't do anything but make me tired and grumpy so I'm not taking any of those. I have so many natural things that usually work but this is quite the virus!

In Japan and most of Asia, if you are sick like that it's a social norm to wear a surgical mask so you don't spread your germs around.

I'm sure you've seen it in pics and videos... they're not wearing the mask because they don't want to get sick, they're wearing it because they don't want to spread it.

Meanwhile in the west people just hack and spew their germs everywhere when they're sick.

My wife and three kids have it. Going on a week now and they are still struggling. They have coughed on my face and on my food. But I refuse to get sick.

I run every morning at 5:00. Wash hands constantly. Take C &D. And use creative dreaming to will that shit away. No symptoms and I don't expect any since I haven't been sick in 8 years.

This is good advice. Lot of people have parasite infections making them continually sick and don't even know about it. I'd also recommend taking some Wormwood, Black Walnut Hull and Cloves tincture.

When you wake up take a tablespoon of braggs apple cider vinegar,and a tablespoon of pure honey.then have a cup of green honey/lemon tea.Exercise and then make a protein shake.i do a quarter cup of oats,the protein powder(vanilla),3 ice cubes,half a handfull of blueberries,3 strawberries and 8 ounces of water!.Or/and try a colon cleanse from GNC for a week.
