Over here "Police Officers" are damn near allowed to do whatever the fuck they want as long as you say OK. They threaten you will bullshit and lies and coax the stupid into letting them have their way.
They say oh probable cause but they always ask you, if they had the right then they would do it.
The truth is they know the majority don't know the laws so they use it to their advantage.
In our constitution you aren't allowed to search someone or something without a warrant. However it doesn't stop them from doing it if they find something they lie and say the could see it or smell it, and if they don't they just let you go and nothing happens to them.
The truth is American public servants think they are above the people because they have a title.
Its fucking bullshit there is no justice in the states.

So you're driving down the highway and some cop decides to pull you over for whatever reason he or she likes and if they then decide to do a cavity search, you have no choice in the matter?
What in the hell has your country degenerated into? This is just plain sick.
And the women claim she used the same glove on both of them.
So much for freedom and liberty and you are worried about losing your guns. They can't help you in a situation like this.

It all started back during prohibition police were taught to manipulate the people.
Its not necessarily them being stupid I say that because I get pissed when I talk about American Police officers because of the bullshit I've put up with from them. I had a cop steal money from me straight up.
The problem is that officers have to meet a quota of arrests each month that's why most arrests are made in the second two weeks of a month. When the cop doesn't meet a quota their salary gets docked. So what they do is look for arrests anyway they can.
The truth is ever since the 30s during prohibition police were given right to say and do whatever under the guise of protecting public assets, which made each "Peace Officer" not just a public servant but a government worker, which in Bullshit English means American Royalty. Hell the reason Marijuana is illegal in this country is because we had 50,000 "Peace Officers" that were out of a job after prohibition so Harry J. Anslinger pulled some dictator shit and made the plant illegal without any due process what so ever he was the first American Monarch. Its his fault this country is shit
Did you know in the states you can be arrested for criminal mischief for sticking your tongue out at a cop? True shit they can arrest you for anything with no proof and say its CM.

Did you know a "Police Officer" can be proven to have murdered an unarmed someone who fled on foot and even after it has been proved that there was no way possible that the Officer would have the need to do that, the Cop still keeps his job he just goes on paid vacation.
In my hometown we have three officers in the past two years that have straight up killed someone not just in cold blood but execution style in the back of the head while they are on their knees, the best part all three officers are still working today.
Which is why we have an FBI precinct set up to investigate the officers. But they never do anything really.
Also we have a task for called U.N.I.T.E. that aren't public officials they are fucking civilians that will hold you against your will and search your person and hold you until an officer gets there on suspicion and then leave before you are unhand-cuffed.

What I am having trouble believing is that in a country the size of America you allow this.
You protest over all sorts of things and then allow this.
It makes no sense to me. Are you that afraid of your law enforcement?
If any one tried that on me I'd snap her bloody finger off. Self defence.

Pretty much everyone in this Country that has any viewpoints different then those in power are put on a watch list and everything they do is recorded.

My friend had his hand broken by a Cop because he stopped him from hitting a 110lb blonde chick. I saw that shit with my own eyes. Wanna know why he tried to hit her? Its because she couldn't move through a crowd of people. I had to hold back a crowd of people that were being pushed by "Police Officer" so people wouldn't be trampled to death. Wanna know what I got for it? A fucking can of tear gas was shot at me and I barely dodged it the fuckers tried their best to shoot me in the face with it. Funny thing is I saw a Cop shoot a dude in the face with a tear gas cannon simply for standing out in a crowd all he was doing was standing there with his hands up having fun.

I've got one. During a protest march that was permitted by the city,a person was just standing there wearing a Ronald Reagan mask. A cop standing next to her looked at it and impaled her with his baton because he didn't like what he saw. He broke three of her ribs.

All caught on tape,no charges filed.
