HAARP picking up just in time for 12/21

It could be ANYTHING causing those readings, ie the Sun, other heater facilities etc.


Those charts DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN THAT HAARP IS 'ON'.

The only correct assumption you've made is that the sun does affect HAARP readings. So much so that they can be used to predict elevated quake conditions. Many here on GLP were expecting a large quake within hours of Fukushima due to the arrival of a significant CME. See NIN's solar page for verification.

They just recently stopped focusing M7 on the L.A. area, as well.
