How to be joyful

Did you ever notice how joyful children become when you blow bubbles?

Whenever I am down, I get some bubbles and go to the park and blow bubbles for the children. I mentally put my troubles and sadness into the bubbles and let them float away. Listening to the children's joy makes me happy.

your being fooled if you think "there is negative and positive" emotions..

there is only emotions.
All of them have a purpose. and if you fail to understand their purpose you will fall in the trap of controlled thought patterns.

It's not about being positive or negative...
It's about being yourself.

we are told duality is a joke and it is. So why pushing you one one side of the fence when you know BOTH side are controlled.

So called negative emotions tend to emphase on ACTIONS. (ACTIVE).

So called Positive emotions tend to emphase on THOUGHTS.
(PASSIVE).

Now let me ask you!
What is the most favorable thing for tyrants? Passive or Active?

We live in a world were ACTIONS rules over thoughts!

Did you ever notice how it makes you feel when you see a negative article, a sarcastic remark, a rude remark?

Now go back and read the first sentence above; and then read the second sentence above. How did each one make you feel even just reading that? Which frequency was your internal voice when you read each sentence?

Interesting theory OP....never thought about it that way...but you're right. We talk lovingly to our pets that way too.

When I read this, I noticed my internal voice could not read it at 741 Hz. It also affected my heart. If you also notice this, then you are also award of your internal state. Do you want to be in the state of joy?

This made me feel a little down, a little sorry for you. I think joy can be felt in this world. When I read this, my heart fell a little, did you feel it too?

This is how you discern truth. An eternal truth is something that makes your heart lift; a falsehood makes your heart fall.

Do you know what I mean by an eternal truth?

Yes, so true, and they make us feel comforted and joyful, and so we wish to speak to them that way because of it.

Fear or love.

In every situation, we have two choices.

peace, joy, love, kindness, compassion, empathy

look at your heart when you think of these words and see how you feel.

Forgive

in order to forgive, step outside of your current situation and look at it.

Now go up higher.

Higher still.

Now look down over the whole earth.

Now look how everybody is operating out of fear.

They look like they are running around not understanding anything. They don't know where they are going or why they are doing what they are doing. They have no direction. They run around in circles.

Now look at yourself.

Look at your own heart. What do you see there?

Do you see the fear to forgive?

What makes you afraid of forgiving?

Because if you forgive, you are afraid of getting taken advantage of again, right?

Knowing that we are all operating out of fear is one way to open up your heart to forgiveness.

Fear is even preventing you from forgiveness.

Have you ever really looked at the essence of a person?

Think about it, the next time you talk to someone, look at their essence.

Beyond their persona, beyond their role, beyond their work, beyond what they appear to be.

Look into their eyes.

If you look at the essence of a person, you will appreciate them for what they truly are.

Most everything about how we evaluate a person has to do with their "persona"

Their "persona" is not their essence.

The essence of every person is love.

You are an emissary of love.

You have an opportunity to share love with every person you meet.

I only want to do everything with love and for love.

From now on.

And find joy

In everything.

Waiting breeds nothing.
Actions breeds results.
TPTB are in power becasue amongst those dirtbags, they actualy do not give up and keep PUSHING! They are active unlike us.

i was a spaced out positive guy all the time until i realised it screwed up my Root chakra.

Your root chakra is not primitive! it is the most important one.

"power" over what?
They are not in power over your heart
They are not in power over your mind
They are not in power over your soul
They are not in power over your joy
They are not in power over love

That leaves....
basically power over nothing
because nothing else really matters.

So don't worry about them, worry about the others. Worry about spreading joy and love. Because once the wave of joy and love begins to spread, it will not be able to be resisted. It will be the party that everyone wants to join and no one wants to be left out of.

You cannot make another do something.
But you can be an emissary of love.
You are the example
So what are you waiting for?

There is strength in humility, quietness, gentleness, compassion, beauty, a smile, doing a kindness for another.

It's okay to expose the truth, we know it now. There is enough information out there now, so that if people want to know it, they will find it. But the next step, the next wave is the wave of love.

Love is irresistible and will conquer everything.

Passive resistance is the best action
Take your money out of the banks
Work in a profession that doesn't support their Matrix
Live simply, and don't buy into their materialism
Work toward sustainability
Take responsibility for our own children's education
Take care of your own health so that you don't need their medical system
etc.

You can't make other people do anything, but you can set an example
