If you aren't physically fit, you won't survive when TSHF

What are you going to eat till the crops come in? Winter starts the 21st. The planting season is months away, much less the growing season or harvest time, or did they not teach you that when you got your B.S. (BullShitter) in Ag?

And just how long do you think your little garden is going to feed you? That is if there is anything left after the wild animals eat their fill, or if there isn't a drought like there was this year and your "crops" fail.

And who owns the property these bug-out locations sit on? Is that where you're planning on planting your "crop"? You planning on just moving in and being a squatter or what? You'd get your head blown off for trespassing if you tried it around here.

But you work out 2 hours a day, maybe you can pimp your booty to survive.

I already have a year of supplies including food at two seperate locations. The farming comes later, when things die down. And if they don't, I'll always be on the move as opposed to out of shape dudes like you.

And to be more specific, I alread own both bug out locations, plus my house in town. Being successful has it's rewards.

Besides, if the shit really hit the fan via solar doom, pole shift, widespread EQ's, etc - you are looking at nuclear meltdowns across the country and no amount of bicep curls or leg squats is going to protect your body from the radiation cloud that envelopes the country.

Actually in a water only no food situation the "fat" people as you call them will survive significantly longer than a fit person due to the stored body fat providing fuel to the body.

The OP is correct, although the way of communicating the message wasn't well executed. The idea is to be persuasive, not in your face, isn't it?

It depends what you think fit is.
There is different kinds of fit.
Strong and strength, and cardio.
Sure you might not be able to run away from someone for long, but if they caught you, you could easily ring their neck.
So your statement is very generalized.

But you can't be too fit though, otherwise you will need a really high intake of calories to survive each day.

Can you survive on one small meal a day?
If you look well fed and fit during the SHTF you could become a target!
