I habe a contact in Tarawa, Kiribati , it's a small island country in the pacific not many people know of it LOL. All communications are down though. They said military were surrounding the islands from the air and sea after several bumps and shocks and islands emerging from the waters. The neighbouring islands like tonga is the same but i can't confirm it.
