Accumulations of 4-6 inches are expected throughout the afternoon on top of the 10 inches that has already fallen, and another inch of so is expected tomorrow. Even after Winter Storm Draco passes, high temperatures will not exceed 32 °F for at least the next week, so the remnant snow and ice will continue to cause huge travel problems.
