Thank you Luisport!

I'm north of all the activity, so far. But we had tremendous winds all night, prolly 30 mph sustained.

I'm goofy from hearing my wind chimes but didn't want to get wet to take them down, lol.

Keep us posted!

Yes, we will get these as well. It's 54 degrees F now but feels much much colder because of the sustained wind.

But Mobile is where it is by far the worst in this state and the midwest is really in for it.

Tornado in USA on Friday, 21 December, 2012 at 03:52 (03:52 AM) UTC.

Description
A tornado peeled the roofs from buildings, toppled trucks, and blew down oak trees and limbs in the Mobile area early Thursday, leading to road closures but no reports of major injuries, authorities said. National Weather Service officials assessed the damage Thursday afternoon and said the EF-1 tornado had estimated wind speeds of between 86 and 109 miles per hour. An EF2 or higher is considered a significant tornado. The American Red Cross office in Mobile suffered heavy damage and three of its disaster trailers there were destroyed, the organization said. The trailers contained cots, blankets and other items needed in emergencies. Red Cross officials say that despite significant damage to the office in midtown Mobile, they are still able to use it and were working to assist others in the Mobile area in the tornado's aftermath.

Tornado in USA on Friday, 21 December, 2012 at 04:06 (04:06 AM) UTC.

Description
Winds were blowing as high as 60 miles per hour across the state after Wednesday night's stormy weather. At least two tornadoes have been confirmed and several reports of damage have come in. Residents in Sheridan got quite the scare early Thursday morning after a tornado ripped through parts of Grant County. For the lucky ones, damage was minimal, but for others it was catastrophic. The storm left just as quick as it came, leaving his home in pieces. The damage didn't stop in Sheridan. High winds, down trees and power outages stretched across the state, knocking out traffic lights, power lines and blocking the roadway on Kavanaugh in Little Rock.
