No, they are not invisible to me. I've worked with some blacks who were college educated, but they were still nothing more than quota hires. They weren't effective. They were trouble makes. I've worked with other blacks who were decent, intelligent people. But, unfortunately, they are the minority of blacks. Truth is, you must still be wary of blacks on the street. Too many of them are violent and mean. Although there are a few good blacks, as a group, they're trouble.
