Black people aren't the problem. The problem is our entitlement programs and the resulting getto culture.

[ link to www.dol.gov] i believe the actual number is over 15,000,000 That doesn't prove your point. Are these full-time or part-time jobs? Are these jobs that require considerable skill and education or are they menial? How many of these are government jobs, or private jobs obtained because of affirmative action rather than merit? The source you cite shows that fewer blacks are college educated than whites. It says nothing about the type of degrees or majors. It does point at that blacks are disproportionately employed in the public sector. In other words, many hold make-work jobs where they are given an unfair advantage through affirmative action. Of course, not all blacks are bad people. Not all whites are good. But the average IQ of American blacks is some 20 points less than whites. Black rates of violent crime is stratopheric. Blacks hold few jobs requiring advanced training in science and technology.
