WRONG!!! The 'native blacks' ARE EVERY BIT AS INVOLVED AS ANY foreigners in construction, architecture, finance, govt and the like. In fact one of the world's LARGEST CEMENT COMPLANIES, (Dangote Cement) is owned by Nigerian billionaire, Aliko Dangote, a man worth $14 BILLION according to Forbes, and 6 times richer than Oprah!
