You mistakenly link the 7th trumpet of Revelation with "the last trump" which is not the same thing. Read more of the scripture and you should realize "the last trump" that Paul was talking about was not the prophecy that is in the book of Revelation before it was written, but something related to THE LAST trumpet blow which the Corinthians understood as the very last moment before the Lord returns.

The dead spoken of there are the spiritually dead as we are all spiritually dead until we overcome. Note they are incorruptible in that they can not get sick, old, or hurt anymore but be quite assured that many are still subject to die the 2nd death after being shown the Truth in the millennium.

Many will give theories and prophecies of what is to come, yet they cannot even figure out what will happen in their life tomorrow, for the future is never how we expect IT, and this shift is no different.

We are eternal spiritual beings, this is not a belief, but something when One inquires and looks into, IT becomes a 'Knowing'. If we could but convince anyone of this with only words, we could stand on rooftops and decree it, but until One experiences the spirit in full energy form, IT is something that eludes us.
