100% of people are going to die.

They will die on one of the 365 days of the year. The probability of death rises slightly on some days (for example drunkenness causes more driving accidents on New Years Eve). Let's start by assuming there's no real reason for a person's death to be more or less likely on their birthday than on any other day. Your birthday takes up on three-hundred-sixty-fifth of the standard year.

1/365 = 0.273972 percent

0.273972 percent of 100,000 people is 274 people (since you can't have 273 people and .972 of a person)

So that's flat figures.

Experience tells us that some people celebrate their birthday by getting stinking drunk, and of those people a small number will get into car accidents. Sometimes birthdays can be very depressing so I'd expect one or two extra suicides to be lumped into the equation too.

So flat figures plus an estimated X-factor I'd say about 280 in 100,000 people will die on their birthday (or 7 out of 2500).
