A dollar that was once worth something became so worthless that they stopped printing 100 Trillion Dollar notes because the paper cost more than the money was worth. He stole land from those who owned it and gave it to incompetent negroes that couldn't even produce enough to live on. The negroes then killed the rightful owners of the land.

The story is repeated throughout the African continent and elsewhere such people were able to grab power. Think Haiti.
