In Paragould, Arkansas, those days just ended. Officials in the crime-riddled town have announced new law enforcement policies that many are describing as martial law. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1415420 The Paragould Daily Press is reporting that the mayor and local police plan to launch a new law enforcement strategy for 2013 that involves equipping all officers with SWAT body armor, instructing police to open carry AR-15 rifles everywhere, and requiring all citizens to submit to ID checks when walking in public. I assume the ID checks are for the number of Katrina victims that migrated here. Racism and what not. It's not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. You can't understand it by just reading the random newspaper article. It's a sleepy WHITE town that's scared of the influx of black people. By the way it's Kentucky where they are all related. In Arkansas, after the third cousin the genes drop. So 4th cousin is cool ;) |
