I personally walked in down town Paragould without any incident or seeing a swat team. I assume the ID checks are for the number of Katrina victims that migrated here. Racism and what not. It's not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. You can't understand it by just reading the random newspaper article. It's a sleepy WHITE town that's scared of the influx of black people. By the way it's Kentucky where they are all related.
In Arkansas, after the third cousin the genes drop. So 4th cousin is cool ;)
