No because America is a tribe of the 10 'lost' tribes of Israel and the House of Judah is not the same as the House of Israel, the Bible makes the distinction between the two since the civil war in King Solomons time.
In those days the house of Judah shall walk with the house of Israel, and they shall come together out of the land of the north to the land that I have given for an inheritance unto your fathers. Jeremiah 3:18

They were all in one area. Not to say some were living outside the border of the Northern and Southern kingdoms but for the majority of the tribes where in the borders of where they were placed, the northern and southern kingdom. We know the southern kingdom of Judah and benjamin are geographical Israel today, so if those 2 tribes are in one area for the most part, why wouldn't the northern kingdom(lost 10 tribes) again not be in one area as they were in the beginning. The land of milk and honey is where God promised his children would end up. Can you think of a better land of milk and honey than the united states?
